Cancellation Policy

Summer Camp Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Waiting List Policy Thank you for choosing our summer camp programs. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all families, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and waiting lists. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you wish to cancel or reschedule your child’s camp booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This notice allows us to adjust our staffing and possibly offer the space to another child on our waiting list. Cancellations made with proper notice may be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future session, subject to availability and administrative approval. Requests to reschedule must also be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and are dependent on space availability in alternate sessions. We strive to accommodate all rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee placement in a preferred week or time once registration has closed or sessions are full. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not qualify for a refund or credit. Additionally, participants who do not attend their scheduled session and fail to provide prior notice will be marked as “no-shows.” No-shows are not eligible for make-up days or refunds. Waiting List Policy If a session is fully booked, your child may be added to a waiting list at no cost. Placement is determined on a first-come, first-served basis. If an opening becomes available, families on the waiting list will be contacted in order. Once contacted, you will have 24 hours to accept the spot. Failure to respond within this time may result in the spot being offered to the next family on the list. Being placed on the waiting list does not guarantee enrollment, but we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request if a vacancy arises.
